Once you've Set-Up your JIRA Integration, you'll be able to turn your team members transition activities straight into JIRA tickets.

In Sapling Admin's section, Admin and Account Owners confirm which Tasks should be sent to become JIRA tickets 

When Tasks are assigned, these will be automatically sent and created in JIRA, containing the the Name of the Task with the New Hire Name appended to the Task, the Description of the Task and the Due Date of the Task.

Note that if you'd like manage due dates through sapling, then you must set due date screens on JIRA from 'Issues/Field Configurations'. 

When Tasks are completed in JIRA (as the specified status in JIRA project), the Tasks in Sapling will automatically be updated.
