Webhooks allow you to send real-time data to the rest of your tech stack. Triggered by milestone events in Sapling (think things like role changes, profile updates, or key dates reached), webhooks then inform the rest of your tools about these updates – triggering actions that help automate key processes.

For delivery verification or troubleshooting, you can inspect the delivery history of each webhook right from Sapling itself.

Sapling can now sync new hire data with your Gusto account, saving your HR, People Operations, and Payroll teams from manual data entry and removing the risk of errors, providing a great new hire experience.

At some point you've probably used that little bubble in the bottom right corner of Sapling to contact our product support team, but soon it will look a little different. We're stepping up our support game to create a unified support experience with global coverage for Sapling and all Kallidus products using Zendesk.
