New in-app helper tools 🛠

To best support your day-to-day Sapling experience, we’re bringing the power of the Knowledge Base directly into the product.

G-Suite Account Provisioning Improvements 📨

When a new hire joins the company, we often learn during preboarding of any updates to their name, including if they have a “preferred” name. This could create an extra step for you during or after onboarding to update the new hire’s G-Suite account email address.

If your new hire updates their first, last, or preferred name during preboarding, Sapling now automatically updates their company G-Suite account email.

For example: Timothy (Tim) Wilson may have started with

timothy.wilson@yourcompany.com, but G-Suite will automatically update that tim.wilson@yourcompany.com if Tim updates his Preferred Name.

Sapling’s Smart Email gives you the power to instantly see the status of your People Ops communication within your organization.

Based on your feedback, we’ve added clarity to each email’s status to make this as actionable as possible. Now, you’ll see a status of Opened, Delivered, or Not Delivered for every email communication.
