To complete your company set-up, you'll need to by import your people's information. 

To make this process as speedy as possible, follow the formatting guidance below. 

General advice 

  • Make sure you have exported or saved your file as a CSV (the best CSV format to use is: UTF-8 CSV)
  • The only required columns in each form are First name, Last name, Company Email and Start Date

Columns to pay attention to:

Location, Department and Employment Status

  • Use this column to assign people into different groups
  • We will add people to existing groups or create a new group if we don't recognize the name.

Start Date /Date of Birth/ Date should be in YYYY-MM-DD  format
