We're releasing four big initiatives focused on increasing visibility and communication across your team member'sexperience program.
The Activities Dashboard displays the progress of your team member's experience program in an aggregate view, showing you all tasks and documents in both your onboarding and offboarding programs.
You can view the Activities Dashboard by toggling between Open Activities or Overdue Activities on your Dashboard.
When you have questions on a Sapling task, or need further input, you need quick answers. Task Comments help promote conversations by allowing you to add a comment or @mention a team member.

Sapling's Field History allows you to retain an archived history of all your team member's data, helping you comply with industry regulations related to audit capability and data retention.
You can view the history of certain fields in Sapling, understand why changes were made and (as a Super Admin) make changes to field history.

We've expanded our permission controls in Sapling, allowing you to create custom team members, manager, admin and super admin roles.
You'll also be able to create permissions by department, location or employment status - allowing you to ensure that only the right people have access to the information they need.

We also made a number of improvements to Sapling's security and usability over the holiday break.
