When assigning paperwork packets in Sapling, you will have the option to select whether Sapling should assign the packets by  'Combining into a Single Document' or 'Keeping Separate'

'Keep Documents Separate' allows you to assign the packet in one-click, but the new hire will complete as individual documents.

'Combining into a Single Document' allows you to assign the packet in one-click, and the documents will be combined into one, single document for the new hire to complete.
